Viewfinder: The Spring Garden Mill

This week Patch visited with the Langhorne Players at the Spring Garden Mill.

This week Patch is taking you inside the Spring Garden Mill Theater to see the historical building and the Langhorne Players rehearse and prepare for a show. There is a lot of hard work that goes into a production. The actors rehearse for six weeks, meeting about three times per week before a show can go on in this historic building.

The Langhorne Players were founded in 1947. The Spring Garden Mill was originally a grain and feed mill built in 1819. The Mill is part of Tyler State Park and is leased to the Langhorne Players, a 501(c)3 non-profit, volunteer community theater company that uses and maintains the building.

Visit the Langhorne Players website for more information.
