Curtis Students Treat Young Musicians

The members of Youth Orchestra of Bucks County enjoyed "master classes" with a string quintet from the prestigious music school.

Students from the Curtis Institute for Music presented master classes to the member of the Youth Orchestra of Bucks County this past Sunday. This was part of a series of master classes, focusing on strings, in particular two YOBC ensembles - Concertino and Prima Strings. The classes were held at Bucks County Community College, where YOBC ensembles rehearse. YOBC is celebrating its 20th year; stay tuned to Patch for information about their upcoming gala celebration.
