Gregg, 46, was killed in the line of duty on Sept. 29, 2005. Robert Flor, who was in custody for suspected drunken driving, was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital for testing. While there, Flor grabbed another policeman’s weapon and started shooting, wounding two others and killing Gregg.
