Last Chance: Register for BucksFit 5K
You have a little more than a week to sign up with a discount.
Lace up your sneaks because racing season is upon us.
The annual BucksFit 5K will be held on April 29 at the Municipal Park again this year. The last day to get discounted registration fees is April 13.

The race will start at 8:30 a.m. and loop through the park, taking the green route to the black route, out past the maintenance shed, along Hatboro Road and back through the parking area and ending just beyond the amphitheater.
Grades K-6 can sign up for $10 and adults 13 and older can sign up for $18.

Because the parks and recreation department has partnered with Pennsylvania's Healthy Kids program, elementary age students signing up can indicate which school they're running for. Then the average times from the top five finishers from each school will be used to determine top honors. The winning school will receive a trophy and a donation for its phys ed program.
