$2 Million Powerball Ticket Sold in Trevose

The Sunoco on Bristol Road sold a Powerball ticket that matched five numbers, but not the Powerball number.

It may not have been a total jackpot, but $2 million is still $2 million.

That's how much money a lucky buyer of a Powerball ticket earned when he or she matched the first five numbers in the drawing Wednesday night, according to 6abc.com.

The ticket, purchased at Sunoco Gas Station on Bristol Road in Trevose, carried a Power Play option, boosting the consolation prize to $2 million. The gas station will receive a $10,000 reward for selling the ticket.

Since nobody struck the ultimate prize, the Powerball jackpot has grown to $317 million and will most likely continue to climb until the next drawing on Saturday.
