Linda R. Roehner Promoted to Executive Vice President and COO at Hatboro Federal Savings

Hatboro Federal Savings President and CEO Joseph J. Tryon, Jr. has announced the appointment of Linda R. Roehner to the position of executive vice president (EVP) and chief operating officer (COO). She will also retain her title as chief technology officer (CTO), and treasurer of the 72-year-old financial institution.

"Linda Roehner has more than three decades of experience and expertise in the banking industry with Hatboro Federal (www.hatborofed.com). Her commitment to the bank has had a significant impact on our growth and success. We are pleased to announce her enhanced role as an integral part of our executive management team," says Tryon.

Roehner will be assuming all responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the $519 million financial institution including oversight of the branch network, products and procedures, policies, data processing, human resources and customer service.

"I am honored to accept this expanded position with Hatboro Federal, and grateful to the board of directors for giving me this opportunity," notes Roehner. "My goal is to ensure that we continue to move forward as a dynamic financial institution while maintaining the highest levels of customer service with the sole purpose of keeping our branch communities strong and growing."

Roehner resides in Horsham with her family. She is a member of the Hatboro Rotary, the Horsham Chamber of Commerce, the Financial Managers Society, and is on the board of the Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation.

In 2012, Hatboro Federal was ranked among the Philadelphia region's top 50 banks by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Bauer Financial, an independent financial rating institution, awards Hatboro Federal its highest 5-star rating year after year. In 2011, Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers (PACB) presented the bank with a Regional Community Service Award.
