LANAEYC Plans Spring Conference for Early Childhood Educators

The Lehigh and Northampton Association of the Education of the Young Child (LANAEYC) will host a professional development day for early childhood educators in Northampton and Lehigh counties on Saturday, March 29, 2014.  The theme of the all-day conference, which will be held at The Holiday Inn Express, 90 Kunkle Drive, Easton, is “Through the Eyes of a Child.”  Conference attendees will participate in an interactive workshop led by Lois Wachtel, a former early childhood director and teacher, who has eighteen years of experience in the early care and education field.

According to her website (http://www.creativebeginningsteps.com/index.html) she founded Creative Beginning Steps four years ago “…for the purpose of bringing quality, interactive, fun workshops to the early childhood community.”
