Hatboro Launches 1st Annual Restaurant Week, Feb. 19th-23rd.

The Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce (www.hatborochamber.org) is pleased to announce the launch of its first annual Hatboro Restaurant Week scheduled for Wednesday, February 19th through Sunday, February 23rd. Participating eateries will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner according to each venue's regular menu and hours of operation, with certain eateries featuring special items and prices.

"Hatboro has experienced tremendous growth in our downtown area and surrounding neighborhoods. Over the last three years, we've welcomed over 120 new businesses and shops, as well as more than 20 eateries. The chamber created Hatboro Restaurant Week to give our residents and visitors an enjoyable winter break, and to showcase our unique community," says Joseph J. Tryon, Jr., chamber president.

As an extra bonus for families during the celebration, the Hatboro YMCA will be open for childcare with fun activities and snacks on Saturday, February 22nd, from 6 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Parents may bring children ages six through 12 to this special event for just $10 per child. Registration for the childcare evening must be made by Friday, February 21st. Contact the Hatboro YMCA at 215.674.4545, or log on to www.philaymca.org/branches/Hatboro.
