The former location of Endless Summer Tanning Salon, located at 1452 E. Village Rd. is vacant. The empty storefront is located in the Village Shires Shopping Center by Village Shires Deli.
This store has been vacant since Endless Summer Tanning abruptly closed its doors in early June, with no warning to its customers or property management firm.
According to a sign posted on the vacant store, anyone interested in the space should call Michael Palladino Development at 610-585-1582 or visit the development company's website.
Patch wants the community's opinion on what should go here. What would you like to see in this location? Another tanning salon? Maybe a coffee shop to complement the nearby deli? What do you think?

Isn't there other vacant stores in that shopping center? Before anything, the landlords should start, by pricing, their rent in Holland/ Southampton standards and not Newtown standards.

@Beacon Hill, Thanks for the comment. That was the only vacant store I noticed in the shopping center. Do you know of other empty store fronts in the area? Let me know so they can be featured in the upcoming weeks.
