The former home of Mortgage Network Solutions in Churchville is vacant.

The store front, which is located off of Bustleton Pike next to Ben's Barber Shop is for rent. According to a sign posted in the window, anyone interested in renting the space should call 215-357-7054.

Patch wants the community's opinion on what should go here. What would you like to see in this location? Perhaps a hair or nail salon? Maybe it should be a convenient store? What do you think?

Leave your thoughts in the comments section and keep an eye out for more vacancies throughout the area. If you see another property that we should highlight, e-mail me at jesseka@patch.com or tell me in the comments.

About this column: In Vacancy, Patch highlights empty storefronts throughout the township and solicits public opinion on what type of businesses should fill the vacancies. Related Topics: For Rent and vacancy

Aubrey, those would be great for the community, but this available store is connected to a Barber Shop, so it's probably not doable at this exact location. Where do you think a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods should go?
