Support the Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County while enjoying a wine and cheese tasting. In addition, unique handbags will be raffled, sold and auctioned.

Nomadic Artists of Five Ponds
Where/when: 
Bucks County Visitors Center, 3207 Street Rd., Bensalem, Friday, All day
Why go:
A group of more than 20 senior artists will exhibit their work at the Bucks County Visitors Center. Works include paintings, prints, jewelry, quilts, comic books, note cards and more.

Bensalem Lions Club Flea Market
Where/when: 
2201 Street Rd., Bensalem, Saturday, 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Why go: 
Browse treasures and trinkets while enjoying hot dogs, pretzels, and refreshments are sold from the Bensalem Lions Club Food Truck.

2012 Bucks County Classic Bike Race
Where/when: 
W State St. & N Main St., Doylestown, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Why go: 
The New Hope to Doylestown Road Race has been designed to give race fans an intimate and exciting view of endurance sport at its very best. 150 professional riders will participate in this inaugural Pennsylvania race, which will end in downtown Doylestown.

Doylestown Arts Festival
Where/when: 
1 N Main St., Doylestown, Saturday & Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why go: 
The two-day outdoor juried festival features artisans showcasing their creative works – jewelry in a variety of mediums, clothing, furniture, accessories, pottery, photography, paintings and more.

St. Mary Health Expo: Caring for the Whole Woman

400 Oxford Valley Rd., Langhorne, Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Why go: 
Women of all ages are invited to attend this free educational event designed to encourage women to live heathier lives. There will be a healthcare panel discussion moderated by 6 ABC's Alicia Vitarelli, door prizes, special offerings, information and demonstrations.

13th Annual Village Renaissance Faire
Where/when: 
2032 2nd Street Pike, Richboro, Saturday & Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Why go:
The Mystical world of merriment, wonder, and imaginary creatures come alive one weekend this September in your own backyard. A two-day community celebration providing a diverse, interactive, and fun-see-full approach to the visual and performing arts through live performances, exhibitions, and free lessons.

Back to School Book Signing: The Lemonade Standoff

Barnes & Noble, 210 Commerce Blvd., Fairless Hills, Saturday at 1 p.m.
Why go: 
The Lemonade Standoff's 12-year-old author will be available to sign her children’s book from 1-3 p.m. at The Court at Oxford Valley Barnes & Noble in Fairless Hills.

Women Owned Business Expo
Where/when: 
Sportsplex 1331 Oreilly Dr., Feasterville Trevose, Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why go: 
This high profile business event will bring woman looking to work at home together with business leaders and non-profit organizations. The event is organized to provide women a venue to meet other women who currently own their own business, non-profit organizations looking for volunteers and business looking to hire virtual/home workers. Each organization will have a booth to display their information and will have the opportunity of connecting with woman who is actively looking for opportunities.
