Support the Arts Car Wash

Why go: Council Rock South's orchestra is accepting donations in exchange for a car wash to raise money for upcoming activities and master sectionals.
CR South Bold and Gold Band Festival
Where/when: Walt Snyder Stadium, 62 Swamp Rd, Newtown, Saturday, 6:30 p.m.
Why go: Bands from across the region will perform at Council Rock South's inaugural marching band festival on Saturday, Oct. 13 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Walt Snyder Stadium.

Toyota Driving Expectations
Where/when: Neshaminy Mall 707 Neshaminy Mall, Bensalem, Saturday & Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Why go: Toyota is bringing its free of charge, 2.5-hour behind-the-wheel defensive driving program for teens and adults to get first-hand experiences with professional drivers to understand the dangers associated with distracted driving, as well as learn important defensive driving skills and crash avoidance techniques.
