Saturday morning Northampton residents awoke to a winter scene out their windows. It is just the "perfect" snow, just enough to look nice, but not too much to close roads and stores.

For the most part, roads were wet with only a light covering of white in some spots. Patch spotted salt trucks out very early and found the roads easy to drive on. If you do venture out today, drive carefully in case you might hit an ice patch.
