Officers made contact with the male, William Brooks of Power Home Remodeling of Chester County. Brooks reported being aware that most townships require a permit to solicit door to door and chose to take his chances without obtaining one. Police Charge Another Bensalem School Employee with Theft Martin Chappell was charged with theft and resale of Bensalem School District property. Last week, police arrested Frederick Lange, 68, of Croydon.
