NTPD Reports Vandalism, Attempted Theft, Criminal Mischief

Northampton Township Police Department released a recent police blotter.

 

Northampton Township Police released a recent crime summary for Friday, Aug. 3 through Sunday, Aug. 5, which included reports of theft, criminal mischief and vandalism.

 

Criminal Mischief
100 block of Cloverly Drive

On Sunday, Aug. 5, the property owner of a home on the 100 block of Cloverly Drive reported that sometime between 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 3 and 11 a.m. on Aug. 4, someone had keyed the side of his vehicle. No value was given for the damage.

Vandalism
300 block of Heritage Drive

On Sunday, Aug. 5, various residents of the 300 block of Heritage Drive reported that their vehicles windows had been soaped sometime between 9 p.m. on Aug. 4 and 9:43 a.m. on Aug. 5. No permanent damage was reported.

Attempted Theft
100 Steamwhistle Drive – Rapid Deployment Products

On Saturday, Aug. 4, a company representative reported finding that the lock on a storage box kept in the rear of the property had been tampered with sometime in the past two weeks. The lock showed signs that someone had tried to cut it off.
