Though one business recently opened in Holland's Gateway Center, another closed its doors. De Anthony's Pizza & Pasta is closed for business.
The space is under construction and for lease according to signs on the door. But another sign says "this property has been secured by orders of the court and possession of this property is under court order."
No information on civil disputes or pending litigation could be found by searching the Office of the Prothonotary on Bucks County's website. There's also no information on the restaurant's website or facebook page.
Patch is still trying to uncover why the space is under court order, and will update as soon as the information has been received.
