Autopsy Reveals Naylon Died from Accidental Drowning

Michael Naylon's body was found in the Neshaminy Creek near Worthington Mill Road on Thursday afternoon.

Michael Naylon, the local man who had been missing since Sept. 28, died of accidential drowning, according to authorities.

Northampton police Chief Barry Pilla told the Bucks County Courier Times that an autopsy performed Friday determined accidential drowning was the cause of death.

Naylon's body was found in the Neshaminy Creek near Worthington Mill Road on Thursday afternoon.

The last time Naylon's family saw him was Sept. 28 when they said he walked down Route 413 towards Newtown from Worthington Mill Road.

His family believed he may have had a stroke while walking. He has had four strokes in the past, according to his daughter.

Since he was reported missing, local police, his family and area residentsconducted various searches for him. He was reported to have been spotted several times around the area, including at Tyler Park and PetSmart.

Agree Vi. This fdsa poster should be banned from posting, period. He/she is basically advertising in the comments section nonstop and on this story especially, it should be removed.

As stated several times before that spammer is a perpetual problem and we are doing everything we can to block them. We've deleted dozens of usernames but they keep posting under different usernames. We've attempted to ban their IP address and that doesn't work either. The comments appear on the stream without my knowledge. I delete them when I see them but I'm not on the computer 24/7 so some slip through the cracks. I understand it's annoying but I'm doing the best I can to prevent the spam.
