A 20-year-old Northampton resident was arrested Thursday for allegedly growing marijuana at his Sackettsford Road home.

Northampton Township police say 20-year-old Scott Fosmire was growing marijuana in the home he rented at the 500 block of Sackettsford Road.

According to the Courier Times, police discovered 28 marijuana plants as well as growing rooms and closets with special lighting.

Fosmire was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail. He subsequently posted bail.
