An alleged fistfight between two men at St. Vincent DePaul Church is under investigation by Northampton Township Police Department.

According to police, a 28-year-old man said he came to the church around 7:30 p.m. Sunday for a meeting. When he arrived, another man, who police say he knew, confronted him. 

During the confrontation, the man said he was punched several times in the face. His injuries include a cut and bruising to his left eye and a swollen lip.  Police said the other man involved, a 32-year-old, was located and interviewed by authorities.

No further details were available as the incident is under investigation by police.
